Installation Dept Coordinator (Dispatcher/Scheduler)


Under the supervision of our Installation Manager, the Installation Dept Coordinator is responsible for assigning and distributing installation work orders, setting up the schedule and routes, maintaining communication with customers and technicians, updating data bases, tracking permits and scheduling inspections, keeping track of incoming service requests, and maintaining a positive relationship with our customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organization and communication skills and a dispatching or scheduling background. Experience in the Trades and proven ability to quickly grasp the installation requirements of our products is highly preferred. The ability to multi-task is essential and you must be willing and able to take appropriate action with limited supervision.
