Production Administrative Assistant (aka Expeditor)

Lykins-Signtek is a busy sign shop processing multiple orders a day and we urgently need someone to provide support and assistance with our job entry and tracking systems. This position also answers inbound calls and shares in the house sales account for additional commissions. The successful candidate combines quick learning, a high degree of attention to detail, great administrative and organizational skills, and a strong Microsoft office understanding with a collaborative approach and effective verbal and written communication skills. You must be computer literate and fluent in English. Prior experience in a production environment and familiarity with technical terms and methods, job tracking systems (MRP/ERP), estimating or cost accounting is highly desirable. Sign industry experience is not required but a definite plus, relevant experience in a manufacturing or construction/trades business is helpful.
