Parcel number is the most reliable. For an address, the street number and street name are enough; leave out the unit. Lee County accepts a STRAP or a Folio ID.

Results come live from each county's and city's public map services. They are a starting point, not a zoning verification: confirm the district with the jurisdiction before quoting or permitting.

Planned development documents are not in the map data. Where a name or ordinance number is shown, pull that ordinance for its sign conditions.
